Dick Johnson's vegan beard wax Snake Balm does not contain beeswax. This makes the product friendlier to hair and the environment. The beeswax has been replaced with candelilla wax, a plant-based wax.

Candelilla wax has a denser structure than beeswax and is therefore ideal for beards that need hold and structure! And what beard doesn't need that.
