Abbate Y La Mantia Aqua Mirabilis Ambra Officinale 100ml

Aqua Mirabilis, the wunder water, has been the name given to alcoholic waters for 500 years. It is the oldest form of perfumery. Certainly not a high performance perfume, as the modern market demands, but a combination of natural and material scents that create more of a fragrance syrup.

In this case, Abbate Y La Mantia has created an amber accord that has nothing Eastern about it. Abbate comments:

"We made it as Western as ever, balancing it with everything you might find in a medicinal garden of an old Italian monastery. So distant in memory, but so intrinsic and personal when you wear it."

The top notes the most fleeting and immediate) are: Marjoram, Oregano. The middle notes middle notes (slower but more persistent) are: Pine needles, Jasmine and Thyme. The supporting base notes are: Amber, Labdanum, Patchouli.

Comes in a glass bottle with sprayer.
