Merkur Safety Razor 500

The Merkur 500 razor is a manual razor with a heavy, robust brass body and a finely adjustable blade holder.
It has a classic, timeless look and is renowned for its precision and performance.
The adjustable blade gap allows you to vary the distance between the razor blade and the foam edge by turning the screw at the end of the handle. The following applies: the greater the distance, the closer the shave, the smaller the distance, the gentler.
This allows you to adjust the setting as desired, e.g. if you want to make several shaving passes.
The scale with its numbering facilitates the setting and you can easily reproduce your preferred blade distance.

The Merkur 500 is bright chrome-plated, its handle length is approx. 78mm, the weight is approx. 90g.

The razor comes in a beautifully designed plastic box with a streamlined 50s look.
